The Duties:

  • Collaborating with Management team to ensure that all areas of concern and growth are addressed and followed through on;
  • Assisting with workplace investigations;
  • Managing entrance and exit interview/review program;
  • Acting as a key contact for employees ;
  • Creating, updating and tracking HR project objectives;
  • Coordinating activities;
  • Drafting, editing and proof-reading communication materials including; and
  • Assist with the planning of internal reviews of processes and procedures.

The Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in a Law Firm setting is essential;
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to use tact where required;
  • Strong attention to detail; and
  • Advanced technical proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite.e Position:

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000
