Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk

The PROUD Inc., is currently assisting a Firm heart of downtown Toronto with a current open position. The Firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk with the ability to manage Commercial Real Estate transactions from start to finish.

Duties

• Manage Commercial Purchase and Sale transactions from start to finish
• Conduct all Title and Off-Title searches, reviewing ad resolving potential issues
• Draft reporting letters and all required documents during the transaction
• Financing and Re-financing
• Liaising with Land Registry Office, Outside Counsel, Financial Institutions
• Assisting with special projects and overflow work as required
• Experience with Commercial Real Estate transactions

Requirements

• 5+ years of proficient experience managing Commercial Real Estate transactions from start to finish
• Advanced proficiency with Teraview, Conveyancer and the entire Microsoft Office Suite
• Diploma from a recognized Law Clerk program or relevant experience
