In this Securities Litigation Lawyer Toronto role, you can expect to work on commercial disputes, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, debt and enforcement matters, injunctions, motions, discoveries, mediations, pre-trials, and other litigation files.
You will be involved in developing litigation strategy, drafting pleadings and motion materials, managing client relationships, attending court appearances, and moving files forward with independence and judgment.
