The Position:

  • Managing and closing real estate transactions for Commercial, Residential and Condo matters
  • Drafting and review of legal documents
  • Serving as a point of contact for clients, agents, and other lawyers
  • Coordinating with staff to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Reviewing agreements of purchases and sales and searches of title

The Requirements:

5+ years of previous Real Estate experience is essential for success in this role

Called to the Ontario Bar

Licence in good standing with the LSO

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000
