As a Legal Recruiter you’ll run recruiting end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, screening, shortlisting, and coordination through offer. This role rewards consistency and strong candidate experience.
What you’ll own as a Legal Recruiter:
- Candidate sourcing and outbound outreach
- Screens and qualification calls
- Building shortlists that hiring teams respect
- Interview coordination and process management
- Keeping pipeline activity high and organized
What you bring as a Legal Recruiter:
- 3+ years recruiting experience (legal is ideal, but not mandatory if you learn fast)
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Comfort with outreach volume and pipeline tracking
- A bias for action and delivery
