This role is for a real estate lawyer who runs transactions with precision and pace. You’ll manage files cleanly, spot issues early, and keep deals moving with strong client control and practical judgment.
What you’ll own
- Managing residential and/or commercial real estate files end-to-end
- Reviewing and advising on agreements, title, due diligence, and closing steps
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and related agreements
- Coordinating with lenders, brokers, counterpart counsel, and internal teams
- Keeping timelines tight and ensuring clean, efficient closings
What you bring
- 6+ years of real estate law experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong file management and attention to detail
- Practical judgment and client-ready communication
- Ability to handle volume and deadlines without chaos
