This role is for a real estate lawyer who runs files with precision and pace. You’ll handle transactions cleanly, manage risk before it becomes a problem, and deliver steady closings.
What you’ll own:
- Managing purchase/sale, refinancing, and commercial transactions
- Reviewing and advising on APS, title, requisitions, and closing documents
- Coordinating with lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel
- Keeping timelines tight and files organized from open to close
- Spotting issues early and solving them fast
What you bring:
- Real estate law experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong file management and attention to detail
- Clear communication and practical client service
- Comfort working with deadlines and high volume (if applicable)
