This role is built for a litigation lawyer who can take ownership of active files and drive them forward with clean drafting and calm execution. You’ll manage disputes from early strategy through resolution, with meaningful client contact and real responsibility.
What you’ll own:
- Managing civil/commercial litigation files and key deadlines
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and motion materials
- Running discoveries, mediations, and settlement discussions
- Developing strategy, risk positioning, and practical next steps
- Keeping clients informed and files moving efficiently
What you bring:
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- Strong drafting, research, and organization
- Practical judgment and steady client communication
- Ability to manage multiple matters without slippage
