What you’ll own
- Strategy, pleadings, motion practice, and settlement positioning
- Running discoveries, mediations, and critical court steps
- Drafting/reviewing high-stakes materials and correspondence
- Mentoring juniors and maintaining file standards
- Client advisory with calm, practical risk guidance
What you bring
- 8+ years of litigation experience
- Strong drafting and persuasive writing ability
- Leadership mindset and steady client control
- Practical decision-making under pressure
