Estates litigation is detail-heavy and deadline-driven. In this role, you’ll support the file from intake to resolution—keeping materials organized, filings accurate, and timelines under control.
What you’ll own
- Drafting and organizing court materials, motion records, and supporting documents
- Managing litigation calendars, service timelines, and court filing requirements
- Coordinating with clients, counsel, and third parties for document collection
- Maintaining tight, well-documented files and litigation checklists
- Supporting trial/hearing preparation as required
- 3+ years in litigation support (estates experience is a strong asset)
- Strong command of deadlines, document management, and file organization
- Professional communication and comfort working with sensitive matters
- A “no loose ends” approach
