What you’ll own:
- Drafting and negotiating energy-related commercial agreements
- Advising on risk, structure, and execution across transactions
- Managing timelines, counterparties, and deliverables
- Supporting due diligence and closing workflows
- Providing practical guidance that keeps matters moving
What you bring:
- 6+ years of energy-focused legal experience
- Strong drafting and negotiation ability
- Commercial judgment and client-ready communication
- Ability to manage multiple matters without slippage
