What you’ll own
- Corporate/commercial transactions and ongoing advisory work
- Drafting and negotiating agreements and supporting documents
- Client guidance on risk, structure, and decision points
- Coordinating deal workflows and timelines
- Maintaining high standards across drafting and file management
What you bring
- 6+ years of corporate/commercial experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Practical judgment and business-minded thinking
- Ability to run files independently and efficiently
