What you’ll own:
- Minute books and ongoing corporate maintenance
- Federal/provincial filings and corporate updates
- Resolutions, registers, and closing support documents
- Supporting transactions with document coordination
- Keeping files structured, searchable, and audit-ready
What you bring:
- 5+ years as a corporate clerk
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to handle volume with consistency
- Clear communication and professionalism
