This role is for a corporate/commercial lawyer who’s ready to take ownership of files and execute with confidence. You’ll draft, negotiate, and support transactions with solid judgment and clean delivery.
What you’ll own
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Supporting corporate transactions and reorganizations
- Maintaining clean document standards and deal organization
- Managing client communication and moving matters forward
- Working closely with senior lawyers on complex files
What you bring
- 7+ years of corporate/commercial experience
- Strong drafting fundamentals and attention to detail
- Practical, business-minded judgment
- Ability to manage multiple matters without slippage
