What you’ll own
- Drafting and revising agreements and supporting documents
- Assisting with closings, diligence, and file organization
- Client communication and internal coordination
- Issue spotting and escalating risks early
- Building strong drafting habits and deal execution skills

- 3+ years corporate/commercial experience
- Strong writing and attention to detail
- Energy, ownership mindset, and responsiveness
- Comfort working at pace
