This role is designed for a senior litigator who can run files and elevate the team around them. You’ll lead key matters, mentor juniors, and maintain high standards across workflow and drafting.
What you’ll own:
- Leading active litigation matters and setting strategy
- Reviewing junior work product and improving file quality
- Drafting/reviewing pleadings, motions, and settlement documentation
- Coaching around evidence, deadlines, and court readiness
- Maintaining client confidence through clear communication
What you bring:
- 8+ years of litigation experience
- Strong drafting and file leadership skills
- Mentorship mindset and calm professionalism
- Ability to manage priorities and keep standards high
