This role is for a litigation lawyer who can lead files confidently and keep clients steady through conflict. You’ll run strategy, drive settlement where possible, and litigate cleanly where necessary.
What you’ll own:
- Leading civil/commercial litigation matters from start to finish
- Developing strategy, risk analysis, and settlement positioning
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, affidavits, and briefs
- Managing discoveries, mediations, and court appearances
- Mentoring juniors and maintaining strong file standards
What you bring:
- 6+ years of litigation experience
- Strong strategic thinking and clean drafting skills
- Courtroom comfort (as appropriate for the role)
- Steady client management and sound judgment
