Private lending is a precision sport. You’ll run financing files end-to-end, draft and negotiate clean security, and close on time with controlled risk management.
What you’ll own
- Loan and security documentation (draft/review/negotiation)
- Closing execution and lender condition management
- Communication with lenders, brokers, borrowers, and opposing counsel
- Issue spotting and resolution under tight timelines
- File control and process consistency
What you bring
- 7+ years real estate financing experience (private lending preferred)
- Strong drafting and practical risk judgment
- Confidence managing fast closings
- Clear, decisive communication
