What you’ll own
- Corporate/commercial agreements drafting and negotiation
- Deal execution and closing deliverables management
- Practical client advice and issue spotting
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines
- Supporting business development through strong client delivery
What you bring
- 5+ years corporate/commercial experience
- Strong drafting and clean communication
- Ability to manage files independently
- Speed with accuracy
