What you’ll own
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and purchase/sale documentation
- Coordinating transaction workflows and timelines
- Client advisory and risk guidance
- Managing closing deliverables and stakeholder alignment
- Delivering reliable, high-quality work under deadlines
What you bring
- 7+ years commercial real estate experience
- Strong drafting and negotiation track record
- Ability to lead files independently
- Practical, business-first judgment
