As a Personal Injury Law Clerk you’ll manage active PI files with strong organization and consistent follow-through. This role needs someone who can move matters forward while keeping communication professional and calm. The Firm is located in an easily accessible area in Vaughan, Ontario.
What you’ll own as a Personal Injury Law Clerk:
- File progression: scheduling, follow-ups, document tracking
- Supporting productions, records, and settlement preparation
- Coordinating with clients, insurers, providers, and counsel
- Maintaining clean file notes, timelines, and task lists
- Keeping the team ahead of deadlines
What you bring as a Personal Injury Law Clerk:
- 5+ years PI clerk experience
- Strong organization and communication
- Comfort managing volume
- Reliable, consistent follow-through
