REQUIREMENTS
​Prospective Corporate Securities Law Clerks will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:
​

3+ years of experience in corporate securities law, handling regulatory filings, private placements, and compliance documentation.

Proficiency in corporate records management, including preparing minute books, resolutions, and OSC/TSX filings.

Strong knowledge of securities regulations in Ontario and Canada, including compliance with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA).

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
