REQUIREMENTS
​Prospective Personal Injury Law Clerks will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

5+ years of experience in personal injury law, managing accident benefits, tort claims, and insurance disputes.

Proficiency in legal software, such as ACL, Primafact, and PCLaw, with strong document management skills

Extensive knowledge of Ontario court procedures, including filing statements of claim, mediation coordination, and trial preparation.

Excellent client service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, medical professionals, and insurers.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
