REQUIREMENTS
​Prospective Litigation Associates will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

4+ years of litigation experience, handling motions, discoveries, mediations, and trial preparation in civil and commercial litigation.

Proven ability to manage cases independently, working directly with clients and leading litigation strategies.

Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with experience appearing before courts and tribunals.

Ability to thrive in a small firm environment, where autonomy, initiative, and client-focused service are highly valued.
