REQUIREMENTS
​Prospective Recruitment Partners will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

6+ years of experience in legal recruitment, with a strong track record of high-profile placements.

Proven business development skills, with the ability to build and manage a book of business independently.

Exceptional client management abilities, with experience advising law firms and legal professionals.
