REQUIREMENTS

​Prospective Legal Business Development Professionals will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in legal recruitment or professional services.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal professionals.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to close deals.

  • A proactive, strategic mindset, comfortable with outbound outreach and lead generation.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
