REQUIREMENTS
​Prospective Employment Associates will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

8+ years of experience as an Employment Associate working on Employer side matters.

Strong advocacy skills, with experience handling negotiations, mediations, and litigation before employment tribunals and courts.

Ability to manage cases independently, advising clients on employment contracts, policies, terminations, and compliance issues.

Business-minded approach, with an interest in building strong client relationships and contributing to the firm’s growth.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
