REQUIREMENTS
​Prospective Corporate Securities Associates will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

6+ years of experience in corporate and securities law, advising on regulatory compliance, private placements, and capital markets transactions.

Strong knowledge of securities regulations in Ontario and Canada, including OSC, TSX, and CSA requirements.

Proven ability to manage corporate transactions independently, including M&A, financings, and public disclosures.

Excellent client advisory skills, with the ability to provide strategic legal guidance to corporate clients, investors, and stakeholders.
