REQUIREMENTS
​Prospective Commercial Litigation Associates will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

6+ years of experience in commercial litigation, handling complex disputes, contract litigation, shareholder disputes, and professional liability matters.

Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with experience arguing motions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Ability to manage a full caseload independently, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and client communication.

Business-minded approach, with a focus on developing client relationships and contributing to the firm’s growth.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
